How do I place an order?

Click on a product page on ‘Add to Cart’. The item has been added to your shopping cart. You can always find this cart on the top right of the page. To see what’s inside of the cart, click on the cart button. Want to place your order ? Please press ‘Check out’

How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?

Navigate to the shopping cart on the top right of the page. To delete an item, click on the cross behind the product that you want to have removed.

How do I order multiple copies of a single item?

At each productpage you can change the number of items you’d like to order by pressing the + and – buttons. Getting at a productpage is possible by searching, navigating or via the shoppingcart.

Can I have a discount on a large order?

It is possible to have a discount. To get this you need to order at least five copies of the same item. For more information, please contact us at info@dallure.nlor through our contact form.

I’m a new customer. Do I need to register myself?

If you place an order with D’Allure, you can register. It is not mandatory to do so . Registration ensures that you can place any future orders faster as you don’t need to refill in all your personal information. D’Allure uses your data with care and never provides your personal information to third parties. For more information see Your privacy.

I forgot my password. What should I do now?

Click above on ‘Login’ and then on ‘Forgot your password?’ Next, enter your e-mail address and you will receive a new password by e-mail. You can always change your password.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are normally processed within 48 hours upon receipt of payment. If a piece of jewellery is not in stock, you will receive a new expected shipping date by e-mail.

What are the shipping costs?

D’Allure has worldwide free shipping. So no costs at all.

What payment methods are available at D’Allure?

At D’Allure you can choose from three payment methods:

1. iDeal : If you choose at checkout for iDEAL, the iDEAL page opens automatically after submitting in the order. Pick your bank here and pay via internet banking. This method is for customers of Dutch banks only.

2. PayPal : If you reach the checkout choose PayPal, you will – after submitting the order – automatically be redirected to the website of PayPal. Here you can pay with your PayPal account or credit card.

3. AfterPay: pay after you’ve received your order. This is available for customers of Dutch and Belgian banks only.

4. Bank transfer : if you choose this method, please wire your payment to the bankaccount of D’Allure. IBAN: NL15 KNAB 0207 2264 58. Please add the information provided by D’Allure, such as order number. Once we have received your payment, we will ship the order. No extra fees are included for payments.

The items I received are not as expected. What should I do now?

The happiness of our customers means a lot for us. At D’Allure we do our utmost best to ensure that you receive the right jewellery and jewellery which is complete and of superb quality. Yet, it may occur that something isn’t as it should be. If this happens, please e-mail us as soon as possible at info@dallure.nl.

Can I return my order?

You can return your order within 28 days upon receiving the item. The product should be undamaged and in the original undamaged packaging. Please contact our customer service first at info@dallure.nl.

What warranty do I get on my order?

With normal usage, you standard have one year of warranty.

Where is the shop of D’Allure located?

D’Allure is a webshop only. We do not have a shop made of bricks and stones.
