D’Allure is a webshop only. We do not have a shop made of bricks and stones.
If used in a normal fashion, our items have a one year warranty.
You can return your order within 28 days upon receiving the item. The product should be undamaged and in the original undamaged packaging. Please contact our customer service first at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Happiness of our customers means a lot to us. At D’Allure we do our utmost best to ensure that you receive the right jewellery, that is complete and of superb quality. Yet, it may occur that something isn’t as it should be. If this happens, please e-mail us as soon as possible at email@example.com.

At D’Allure you can choose from various payment methods:
1. iDeal : If you select iDEAL at checkout, the iDEAL page opens automatically after submitting in the order. Pick your bank here and pay via internet banking. This method is for customers of Dutch banks only.
2. Bancontact: If you select Bancontact at checkout, you will be forwarded to a secure webpage where you can finish your order. This method is for customers of Belgian banks only.
3. PayPal : If you select PayPal at checkout, you will – after submitting the order – automatically be redirected to the website of PayPal. Here you can pay with your PayPal account.
4. AfterPay: pay after you’ve received your order. This is available for customers of Dutch and Belgian banks only.
5. Bank transfer : if you choose this method, please wire your payment to the bankaccount of D’Allure. IBAN: NL15 KNAB 0207 2264 58. Please add the information provided by D’Allure, such as order number. Once we have received your payment, we will ship the order. No extra fees are included for payments.
6. Credit card: If you select Visa / MasterCard at checkout, you will be forwarded to a secure webpage where you can complete your payment.
7. ApplePay: if you select ApplePay at checkout, you will be forwarded to a secure webpage where you can finish your payment.
D’Allure has worldwide free shipping. So no costs at all.
Orders are processed as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. If a piece of jewellery is not in stock, you will receive a new expected shipping date by e-mail.
Click on the top of the page on ‘Login’ and then on ‘Forgot your password?’ Next, enter your e-mail address and you will receive a new password by e-mail. You can always change your password.
If you place an order with D’Allure, you can register. It is not mandatory to do so . Registration ensures that you can place any future orders faster as you don’t need to refill in all your personal information. D’Allure uses your data with care and never provides your personal information to third parties. For more information go to Your privacy.
It is possible to have a discount. To get this you need to order at least five copies of the same item. For more information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or through our contact form.
At each product page you can change the number of items you’d like to order by pressing the + and – buttons. Also, you can change this number in the shopping cart or at checkout.
Navigate to the shopping cart on the top right of the page. To delete an item, click on the cross behind the product that you want to have removed.
Click on a product page on ‘Add to Cart’. The item has been added to your shopping cart. You can always find this cart on the top right of the page. To see what’s inside of the cart, click on the cart button. Want to place your order ? Please press ‘Check out’
