Can I return the products I have received?
Certainly. Upon receiving the product you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep the item or not. In the latter case, please contact us within this periode at email@example.com. By European law, you have another 14 days to return the item to us. Note: Returns should be wrapped in the same packing as sent, including the giftbox if applicable.
If you want to return an item, please fill in the withdrawal form and add this to the package. You can download the withdrawal form here. You need software such as Adobe Reader to open a PDF file. You can download this program here for free.
NOTE: trial period is not a try term. Returns should be sent back in the original packing.
What are the costs of returning an item?
Save of the shipping costs, there are no costs involved for returning an item.
What warranty do I get on my order?
Normal use provides a standard warranty of one year.
